Obtaining a Password

Never Given Password
If you have never been given a password it is recommended that you first seek assistance from your supervisor or your Agency’s Safety Coordinator to obtain your Agency’s username and password. If you are unable to do this or your supervisor does not know this information, follow the information below for “Forgot Password”.

Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your Agency’s username and/or password please contact the PDRMA office at 630-769-0332 and ask for Dianne or Lee and they will be able to provide you with this information.

Change Password
If you would like to change your Agency’s password, this must be done by your Agency's Safety Coordinator.
