Be Safe Solutions: Gait and Assist Belts
Lifting, transferring, and assisting individuals with disabilities are daily
requirements for staff who work in the therapeutic field. These tasks can be
dangerous for staff members as well as patrons. In most cases,
this work is done in tight quarters, with limited ability to get a good grasp
of the patron or good positioning to perform a safe lift. The Gait and Assist
Belts are two different products designed to make lifting and
assisting patrons safer and more dignified.
