Administrative Services
Administrative Services include office/clerical support functions,
administration of insurance policies issued to PDRMA members, and the issuing
of certificates of insurance. Administrative Services staff is prepared to assist members in seeking
information; solving problems and just about any other issue members need assistance
with in working with PDRMA. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of
customer service to PDRMA members.

Dianne Bengel, Office Coordinator
Lee is the Administrative Services Manager and has been with PDRMA since
April 1998. She manages all facets of PDRMA’s building. Certificate
of Insurance concerns and requests should be directed to Lee.
Dianne is our cheerful voice of PDRMA who answers the phone, handles the
reception area and helps with general office duties. Dianne has been with
PDRMA since 1991.

2010 Certificates of Insurance Renewals (For Property/Casualty/WC Program Council Representatives)

link will take you to the “log in” page. Once logged in, using your
Unique ID and password, you will be taken to your agency’s Certificates
of Insurance. Instructions for viewing, deleting, and printing the
certificates are found at the top of this page.
Proof of Coverage Only Certificates
Members are now able to print a “Certificate of Insurance” from
PDRMA’s web page showing proof of coverage. Please understand that these
are NOT usable for Additionally Insured Certificates. If
the Agency/Company requesting the certificate must be listed as “additional
insured”, please call Lee Gonzalez at 630-769-0332 or send her an email
requesting a certificate via email on the web.

When to Request a Certificate
A factsheet and helpful chart for use in deciding when to request a certificate of insurance is available for downloading below. Examples include sporting events, festivals, concerts, carnivals, fireworks, low risk activities, senior citizens activities and more.
