HR and Employment Liability Program (HELP)
PDRMA’s Human Resources and Employment Liability Program (HELP) is customized specifically for public park and recreation professionals, to assist members in complying with employment laws and regulations.
HELP's main offering is the HELPline — your lifeline to employment practice experts who understand
the nuances of public park and recreation operations. These professionals are committed to counseling
PDRMA members about human resource and employment issues.
Provided
to members at no charge, the HELPline offers timely legal consultation in
sensitive, problematic or complex employment matters. It also
assists members in balancing the respective legal rights of both the employer
and employee — maximizing the effectiveness of your agency's operations while minimizing the potential for liability arising from employment and human resources
decisions.
