To determine your unique ID, start with your agency’s three-digit number and add your first initial and last name. For example, if your agency’s number is 101 and your name is Jane Parks, your unique ID would be 101jparks.
Your password is pdrma when you first sign in using your unique ID, but you’ll be required to change it immediately for better security. (If you've previously changed it, use that password instead of pdrma.)
