New Unique IDs Improve Website Login

The way you access PDRMA's online resources and register for training has changed. Your new "unique ID" makes it simpler ... and more secure!

Before, members logged in to pdrma.org using their agency’s single, shared user name and password. But all of those became invalid January 1 ... replaced by a unique ID for each employee registered by PDRMA member agencies.

Your unique ID
To determine your unique ID, start with your agency’s three-digit number and add your first initial and last name. For example, if your agency’s number is 101 and your name is Jane Parks, your unique ID would be 101jparks.

Your new password
The first time you log in using your unique ID, your password is pdrma, but you’ll be required to change it immediately for better security. (If you’ve previously changed your password to something other than pdrma, use that password to log in instead.)

Use your unique ID to: Register for training; view members-only resources; or access your agency’s loss information, certificates of coverage, and vehicle certificate of self-insurance cards. (Only those individuals previously authorized to access agency loss info and coverage certificates will be able to access these documents.)
