There Are Even MORE PATH Activities to Love

Not only does PATH 2021 have all the activities you’ve come to know and love — but there are even more ways to fall in love with the new platform and earn incentive points! You might remember we will not be holding on-site biometric screenings at health agency locations this year. But your screening opportunity is not lost! There are three other ways for you to complete a screening. And know that our on-site screenings will resume in 2022 on an every-other-year rotation.

Under Benefits on your navigation bar in PATH, click LabCorp to see your options:

  • LabCorp Voucher — download and take to any location for a fingerstick screening including A1c.
  • CVS MinuteClinic Voucher — download and take to CVS MinuteClinic for a fingerstick screening including A1c.
  • Primary Care Physician — download and take it with you to your annual exam with your primary care physician. You can then upload the form directly to your PATH account from the LabCorp page.

Challenges

Not only can you participate in three PDRMA-wide challenges this year (always a lot of fun!), but you can also create your own challenges! We’ll host events for teams and agencies to compete against each other, but you can challenge your friends and coworkers throughout the year.

Workshops

PATH’s ever popular Workshops (now called Journeys) are a great way to earn and learn. The workshops are digital health coaching tools that let you select meaningful topics to learn how to improve your health and well-being. They include everything from tips to lower your cholesterol to increasing your endurance.

Personal coaching

Perhaps the ultimate personal wellness experience is to sign up for a Health Coach — where you meet and work with a certified professional in one-on-one telephone sessions to help you reach your health and wellness goals. You can sign up by going to Health on the navigation bar and clicking Coaching.

New activities

And there’s more! PATH now has activities like setting daily step, sleep and nutrition goals — where you earn points by tracking daily and/or monthly activities. And speaking of monthly activities, check out the new Monthly Healthy Habits. One week of every month we will concentrate on a different Healthy Habit. January’s was Move on the Hour (Jan. 11-17).
