Did you know when you complete certain courses in PDRMA’s Online Learning Center (OLC) you earn PATH points? The classes cover topics such as medical self-care, the health claims process and stressors associated with COVID-19.

Once you complete any of the following courses, email wellness@pdrma.org for a voucher code to redeem for 100 PATH points!

• Medical Self-care Tutorials — Includes three separate training sessions. Complete any of the three to receive 100 PATH points.
• A Personal Health Record explains what it is, why you should have your own Personal Health Record and provides step-by-step instructions to create one.
• How to Use Your Self-Care Resources describes the resources available to you and takes a close look at how to use the Self-Care Essentials Handbook.
• Three Myths about Prescription Drugs addresses the myths associated with prescription medications and provides tips on how to save when purchasing prescriptions without compromising your care.
  
• The Health Claims Training Game
  Complete these four short modules and learn about the different aspects of the health claims process.
  

• Coping with Stress and Uncertainty During COVID-19
  Learn what your work team can do to help improve everyone’s mental well-being during times of crisis.
  

• Acute Respiratory Illness Pandemics: Prevention and Response
  Although we’ve been living with COVID-19 for more than a year, it’s never too late to learn the facts about the risks of pandemics and precautions to follow to stay safe.

Whether you decide to take advantage of these training-related PATH points or continue earning your points in other activities, remember you only have until Sept. 30 to accumulate your maximum number of third-quarter points. After that, you can set your sights on earning fourth-quarter points before the 2021 PATH year ends Dec. 31!
