PATH Quarterly Incentive Payouts on the Rise

We’re halfway through the 2023 PATH year — and our first year with quarterly incentive payouts! It’s also the first year that those completing a biometric screening earn an extra $25 incentive as well as 5,000 points, redeemable via voucher in any quarter.

At the end of first quarter, 1,133 medical-plan-enrolled employees earned a PATH points-and-level, PDRMA-paid incentive, averaging $73.54. At the end of second quarter, 970 earned an average of $79.

At the end of first quarter, 189 covered partners earned a PATH points-and-level, PDRMA-paid incentive, averaging $76.98. At the end of second quarter, 172 covered partners earned an average incentive of $82.

By the end of June, 966 PATH participants completed a biometric screening (both on-site and off-site). Of those, 780 were medical-plan-enrolled employees and 62 were covered partners. Each of them earned the PDRMA-paid $25 extra incentive in first quarter. And four participants completed a screening during second quarter, earning their $25 incentive!

Remember, you can still earn that extra $25 incentive for completing a screening by going to LabCorp, CVS Minute Clinic or working with your primary care physician. Keep your wellness journey going into third quarter!
