Bring It Home in 2018 — Risk Management Grant and Recognition Deadline

How would you like to earn at least $250 an hour? You can make it happen!

It takes about two hours to fill out an application for a Risk Management Grant and Recognition Award. Successful grants start at $500 and can be as much as $2,500 — for a solution you may already have in place or a great idea sitting in a suggestion box or mentioned in a staff meeting.

“PDRMA members are already proactive and ingenious in their efforts to manage risk, solve problems and prevent injuries,” says Tim Lenac, PDRMA Risk Management Services Supervisor. “They’ve been demonstrating that for years with their applications. So for many, that means a grant is found money.”

The Risk Management Committee looks forward to seeing what new and inventive solutions members submit each year and judge them against the grant requirements when choosing the winners. Past grants have been awarded for new procedural manuals, better signage, novel ways keep Core 6 strategies in mind for staff and promoting safer driving habits.

Submit your ideas for consideration this year using the LRN #1610 application and email them to RMGrant@PDRMA.org by the Sept. 7 deadline. Good luck!
