PDRMA Health's Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is an annual program that helps employees and qualified dependents assess the types and severity of their individual health risks and provides recommendations and support for health improvement.
With the leading causes of death in the United States including heart disease, cancer, stroke, accidents, and diabetes, one of the best ways to achieve well-being is to help participants become more aware of their current health status and what they can do to improve it.
By participating in the HRA program, participants can:
- Gain awareness of the relationship between their health behavior and health risks.
- Obtain a personalized health report with information and recommendations for their education and to share with their doctors.
- Gain access to support services to help them reach their health-improvement goals.
- Become eligible to earn annual HRA program financial incentives, up to $300 annually, if they are full-time employees.
