While you might have gotten off to a leisurely start Jan.1 after staying up late to ring in the New Year, PATH was on the job at 12:01 a.m., fully refreshed with some exciting new updates for participants — and their covered partners — on their wellness journeys.

Covered partners can now receive up to a $400 annual PDRMA-paid incentive by logging their activities on PATH. They can earn the quarterly $100 incentive by reaching the highest level and earning 15,000 points. (See the many ways, below, you can reach that goal!) Covered partners can enroll in PATH by downloading the Virgin Pulse app or going to www.join.virginpulse.com/pdrma.

“We’re especially pleased to bring back on-site biometric screenings in 2022 to agency locations,” says Lauren Blackburn, PDRMA Wellness Consultant. “Be sure to register for a fasting, finger-stick screening appointment on PATH by going to the Benefits Page and selecting LabCorp and then Onsite Screenings. Pick the location and time that’s most convenient for you from now through March 18.”

You’ll also earn 2,000 points for participating in a 2022 screening (on-site at our agency locations or through CVS MinuteClinic, LabCorp or your physician’s office), as well as 150 points for each result that is in the ideal range or 150 points when you show a 5-percent improvement from a validated 2021 result.

As always there are plenty of ways to earn points throughout the year!

• Sync your tracking device to log daily steps easily and earn up to 140 points a day. (That amounts to about 11,000 points for the quarter!)
• Take your Health Check Assessment for 1,000 points and set your interests for the new PATH year to earn 100 points.
• Read your Daily Cards for 40 points/day and a possible 300 points for the month if you do it consistently! (That’s 900 points for a quarter.)
• Volunteer and/or participate in agency-sponsored activities to earn 100 points on a quarterly basis.
• Get your COVID-19 vaccine and enter the date when you completed your immunization. You’ll receive 250 points when you enter the information, whether it was in 2021 or 2022!
• Earn additional points using PATH’s My Care Checklist to identify preventive exams relevant to your age and gender.
• Download the Virgin Pulse app if you haven’t already — and earn 250 points when you log in the first time!
