You can schedule an appointment at a CVS MinuteClinic, LabCorp location or your Primary Care Physician’s office. Another easy, healthy way to earn PATH points is to go for preventive exams, screenings or vaccinations. Review your My Care Checklist on PATH and earn 250 points for each one you complete. Your Checklist shows whether you’re up to date or need to schedule an exam based on your age, gender or medical conditions. For example, you might see one or more of the following suggestions:

Health checkup. Dental checkup. Eye exam. Mammogram. Colon cancer screening.

Flu vaccine. Pneumonia vaccine. Shingles vaccine. COVID vaccine.
