PATH’s Focus on Self-care Challenge
PATH’s U.S. National Parks Challenge Highlights

The 621 participants on 118 teams tracked their activity to travel to nine US National Parks — with 45 teams making it to the final destination!

Whether or not you participated in the challenge, please click here to complete our survey and provide your feedback on how we can improve future challenges.

Congratulations to our top three teams of the challenge.

  • Cary Park District — Cary Park District.
  • Round Lake Park District — Round Lake Park District.
  • Guac This Way! — Vernon Hills Park District.

Feel like you need to devote some time to yourself? Then get ready to “spring” into PATH’s Focus on Self-care Challenge, which runs May 1 to 14. Self-care means focusing on what YOU need — mind and body. It’s a holistic approach to your health and well-being.

Calendar with push pin on the 20th day and Reduce Stress! penned in on date block.

You’ll set a personal goal for this two-week challenge, designating some time just for yourself — and you’ll earn rewards for it!

There are no teams in this challenge. You “win” by how close you come to reaching your personal goal. You can compare your personal progress to how close other participants come to their goals. Registration opens Monday, April 24, so watch for email communications closer to the challenge date.
