Our Nov. 21 keynote is From Risk to Resilience — How Empowered Leaders Disrupt the Path to Crisis. Presenter, Kristen Ziman, former Police Chief of the Aurora, Ill., Police Department shares her firsthand knowledge of the 2019 Henry Pratt mass shooting, a devastating example of workplace violence that claimed six lives (including the murderer) and injured seven. Ziman will share her expertise in crisis leadership, violence prevention and organizational resilience.
