PATH Second Quarter Challenge Supports Mental Health Awareness Month
Walk Your Walk Challenge Wrap Up

Six hundred seventy-five participants tracked their daily steps against the personal goals they set for themselves during PATH’s first quarter Walk Your Walk Challenge. Over the three-week challenge, 42 percent of them achieved 100-to-110 percent of their goal!

The average number of steps per person for the challenge was 177,709, with a daily average step total of 9,949. Keep walking your walk and challenge yourself with new personal goals in the weeks ahead!

PATH’s second quarter Mindful Explorations Step Challenge supports Mental Health Awareness Month, which is in May. This is a team destination step challenge that takes participants around the world, to 15 different locations, and each location unlocks information about mindfulness practices in different cultures, with the first stop being Japan! The challenge runs May 6 – 20 and registration begins April 26.

As with all destination challenges, you’ll log steps to move from place to place. The step goal is at least 7,600 steps per day per person (with a maximum of five people on a team). You can earn points for actions such as joining the challenging, creating a five-person team, reaching each destination and making it to the final location. But you won’t have to track any of the mindfulness activities you might choose to pursue, just let yourself relax!
