Risk Management Review Update
The Risk Management Review (RMR) segments are coming together nicely as the end of the year approaches, and we are on target for a membership-wide introduction of the RMR in late first quarter/early second quarter 2022.
“Members continue to field test our forms and will do so through year-end,” explains Tim Lenac, Risk Management Services Supervisor. “They’re also taking advantage of the OSHA Gap Analysis program as well as the Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ILEAP), and we expect the first member to begin the formal ILEAP accreditation process by the end of this year. We also continue to move forward in the following areas.”
- We introduced the Slip, Trip and Fall Self-assessment Sept. 15, assigning 881 assessments to agency facilities, which included all PDRMA members and gave them the opportunity to become familiar with in2vate’s web-based platform.
- We are working with in2vate to compile preliminary data from those assessment forms to identify membership-wide trends for which to develop risk management and training resources and will update you in January 2022.
- We continue to work with PDRMA’s Risk Management Committee to identify target forms to introduce in first quarter 2022.
