Celebrate PATH 2021 Successes – Aim Higher in 2022!

If you participated in PATH last year, you’re in good company — 59 percent of all eligible employees enrolled. And 61 percent of medical-plan-enrolled employees participated. If you didn’t, it’s never too late to start; 92 percent of those who participated in PATH earned an average incentive of $246!

Even better, 81 percent of PATH participants said they developed positive daily habits. Since it takes a while to develop a habit, this means they remained committed to their daily wellness journeys and met with success. That’s a real win for those participants now living healthier lives…

PDRMA Profiles Minutes of Mindfulness Challenge Is Underway!

One of the biggest changes to PATH in 2022 is that covered partners are now eligible to receive a PDRMA-paid incentive! They can access and participate in PATH just as employees do — via the PDRMA website or Virgin Pulse app. Covered partners have always been able to participate in PATH, but now they can earn up to $400 annually by reaching the maximum quarterly point levels. Based on the fact the participation rate of eligible partners increased from 3 percent at the end of 2021 to 23 percent by the end of March 2022, this new benefit is a big hit...
